    <description><![CDATA[Over 40 ladies took to the green at the famous Old Nine at Sandy Lane on Saturday February 5<sup>th</sup> for the Inaugural Diamonds International/NISE Ladies Charity Golf Tournament. Organized by Simone Ward, Marketing Manager of Diamonds International and Harriet Linton of the Barbados Golf Association, the tournament brought the female golfing fraternity together.     <description><![CDATA[FROM June 4th Barbadians will have  their say about the level of service offered on the island.&nbsp; According  to CEO of the National Initiative for Service Excellence (NISE), Kim  Tudor, the launch of the NISE Customer Satisfaction Index&nbsp; (NCSI) 2010  for Barbados will&nbsp; provide a measure of the national level of customer  satisfaction with goods and services consumed in both public and private  sectors across Barbados.&nbsp;&nbsp; Indeed, this survey, which is adapted from  the American Customer Satisfaction Index , in operation since 1994, will  allow Barbados the unique opportunity&nbsp; to benchmark local service  performances&nbsp; across international boundaries, with at least 12 other  countries including, the UK, USA, Singapore, Hong Kong,&nbsp; and Columbia.]]></description>

NISE then focussed on the supervisory management team and a Customised Training Programme has begun targetting in the first instance 400 front line employees from across the MTW’s thirteen divisions.]]></description>
