"Building Excellence the Barbadian Way"
The National Initiative for Service Excellence (NISE) has as part of its mandate to ensure that every person working in Barbados understands what service excellence is and the imperative for service excellence in a fast changing, competitive and increasingly globalised world.
This workshop focuses individual attention on how the individual must take responsibility and play their part in improving service. Participants will: (i) make the connection between attitude and behaviour and its impact on the attainment of their personal visions and (ii) gain a better understanding of personal, organisational and national benefits from national service improvement.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
The workshop targets participants, up to the level of supervisor, from small, medium and large private sector companies, public sector organisations and other non-commercial enterprises. The training is also for self-employed individuals, small business owners such as hairdressers, mini-bus and taxi owners, artisans and water sports operations for example.
